Hoops on the Road: August 26th - September 13th

Alberta Street Fair - Saturday August 21st

We had a ton of fun at the Alberta Street Fair and gave many hoops happy new homes! The artsy diversity of the Alberta Arts District combined with creativity and frenzy and, of course, HulaHoopla™, made for a perfect day in the neighborhood.

Hawthorne Street Fair - Sunday August 15th

PDX Bridge Festival - Saturday July 31st

Sure did make a lot of people happy (or should I say hoopy?) at the PDX Bridge Festival. Lots of kids and kid-wannabes for sure! Check out the HulaHoopla Facebook Fan Page for pictures!

Hoopdance at the Beach - Newport, OR

I think this community is ready for some serious hooping. Had a wonderful class in Newport on Saturday July 24th and have been asked to come back!

Life's Milestones - Sunday July 11th

On this day, I supplied hoops and played games with children at a 7-year-old's birthday party in a neighborhood park. Later on, I gave hoop lessons to 3 lovely ladies celebrating the upcoming marriage of their longtime friend in another park at sundown. What an incredible day!

The Mississippi Avenue Street Fair - Saturday July 10th

Holy hoops, Batman! The crowd and energy vibe was spectacular at the 9th Annual Mississippi Street Fair! The music, art, parade and, of course, The HulaHoopla™ Hoop Booth was alive with happy folks strolling in the sunshine. So many friends and new fans came to visit me, The Hoopanista. Some signed up for classes, some were excited about the idea of private lessons or a kickass hoop party all while grooving and hooping to the beat of this fabulous neighborhood blowout. Many chose a gorgeous hoop to take home for summer time play! Thank you for coming down!

North Portland Sunday Parkways - Sunday June 27th

Folks from all over the city got their hoop on as the HulaHoopla™ HoopDeVille towed a whole lotta fun throughout NoPo for the North Portland Sunday Parkways. The crazy art cart dripping with hula hoops stopped off at Peninsula and Arbor Lodge Parks for fun in the fabulous sun. Thank you for playing!

Northeast Sunday Parkways - Sunday May 16th

The HulaHoopla™ HooplaCart made the rounds for the NE Portland Sunday Parkways. We renamed the cart "The HoopDeVille" and spred the hooping bliss to many, many happy neighbors at Woodlawn, Alberta, Fernhill Parks.

Alberta Art Hop - Saturday May 15th

The HulaHoopla™ Hoop Booth at the 11th Annual Alberta Art Hop was a success! Beautiful hoops found new homes, hooping demonstrations were non-stop, class information was distributed, and new hoopers were made. Parties

Include a little HulaHoopla™ at your next party! Kids and Kids-at-Heart alike get swept up in the playfulness of hoopdance. The Hoopanista™ will perform in costume and lead all party members through some groovy hoop moves and games! Consider a hoop making party for a twist on traditional bachelorette or birthday party. Hoop Jams
