Take Level I & II in any order. Join any time. No experience necessary! Hoopers looking to expand their basic practice will also benefit from this series in addition to learning intermediate skills when the opportunity arises.

Through HoopGirl™ hoopdance principles, you will learn how to hoop on your torso, arms and legs and play with off-body moves and reverse hooping. You will get an exhilarating and fun cardiovascular workout while relieving stress, improving balance and coordination, strengthening your core, toning and sculpting your muscles. Feeling sexy and confident comes naturally as you explore and express your emotions through movement within the hoop.
HoopGirl® Workout Beginner Level I & II can be taken in any order. Hoops are provided in class and are for sale to take home at the class location. Please bring water, a towel or yoga mat to sit and kneel on, and wear comfortable non-slippery yoga-type clothing. Bare skin is best for optimal hoop-to-hooper grip.
